Here, spread over two storeys, hearty, rustic pleasure comes alive Here the chairs creak, while in the kitchen, dishes just like those cooked in the homes of Zurich residents sizzle in the pans. You too will feel like a local when visiting the Münsterhöfli. Comfort, conviviality and good taste are key. Just like the opportunity to meet up for a round of Jass.

Naturally artful

Zurich has a long tradition of authentic restaurants attracting artists and writers. Unfortunately, there are fewer and fewer of these restaurants in Kreis 1 or they are no longer what they were in Dürrenmatt’s or Giacometti’s time, or in the time of Dada. That’s a pity. Perhaps we will be able to welcome more artists to Kreis 1 once again. And with an “art for food” system, why not? We would be delighted.
